Paul Saso is a bankruptcy litigator.
He has extensive experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts, from the filing of initial pleadings, handling complicated discovery (and electronic discovery) disputes, questioning fact witnesses and arguing questions of law at injunction hearings, and drafting dispositive motions and advocating for clients on appeal.
Paul has frequently litigated emergency applications for temporary restraining orders and other injunctive relief. His appellate practice has included successfully defending, vacating and modifying injunctive orders obtained from the trial courts.

Obtaining approval of a settlement pursuant to Section 3(a)(10) of the Securities Act of 1933, permitting client to freely trade unrestricted shares of its stock to settle claims for negligence and breach of contract against defendant who had erroneously attached a “due bill” designation to shares, falsely indicating that they came with dividend rights to which they were not entitled.
